Do you take Card payments?

Yes we take card payments. We do not take cheques.

Is there parking?

Yes there is a large car park right outside.

When should i arrive for my appointment?

We ask you arrive 10 mins early for treatments or 15 mins early for Spa Days.

Is there an age limit on treatments.

We will treat all clients, anyone 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult who will sign any consultations required. Spa days are from 16+ and must have adult supervision. The only treatment which requires you to be 18 is our Brazillian/Hollywood waxing.

Can someone come in the treatment room with me?

Unless you are under 16 then no you will not be allowed anyone else in the treatment room.

Can i bring my children?

We understand childcare can be a pain so although we are not a child free salon, the upstairs of Venus is strictly no children. If you need to bring your children we ask you let us know in advance and that they are well behaved. We do not have an area where they can be left and we are not insured to have a member of staff watching them whilst you have your treatment.

Mobile Phones?

We ask that phones are put on silent when at the salon. Phones are not allowed in the Spa area.

Do i need to pay a deposit?

A 50% non refundable deposit is required for all our spa days. We may ask for a deposit on treatments which are over 1.5hrs or at busy times. This can be done over the phone.

Late arrivals

If you are running late for your appointment please let us know as soon as you can. We will always try to accommodate however in some cases we may have to shorten or rearrange your treatment. It is at our discretion if we carry out the treatment if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Missed appointments

If you miss more than 2 appointments or cancel twice with less than 24hrs notice we may ask for full payment before booking you in again.

Courses

All courses must be used within 6 months of purchase. If less than 24hrs notice is given to cancel a treatment booked within a course this may result in that treatment being lost.
